The firm Ganesh & Sudhir was established on the 18th of May 1972 by Sri. Y. Sudhir Rao and K. Ganesh Shenoy. The practice was a passion for both these founding fathers and their students continue to follow this virtue. The area of practice is Direct taxes, Indirect taxes, Litigation, Audit, and Assurance Services.

Sri. K. Ganesh Shenoy, an All India Rank holder in CA finals pursued his Articleship tenure at A. Umanath Rao & Co. Mangalore.

With the post qualification experience in M/S A.F. Ferguson & Co. Bombay, he Managed the Mangalore office at ‘Vamanashram’, GHS crossroad; while, Sri. Y Sudhir Rao managed the Udupi Office. Sri. Y Sudhir Rao pursued his Articleship tenure in M/S. S.B. Billimoria & Co. Bombay. They laid down the foundation bricks and the disciplined path charted out by them nurtures knowledge, integrity, accountability, ethical practices, teamwork, and client-focused services.
